Our approach is built into the product, not bolted on as monitoring apps:
- Simpler devices. We start families with flip phones (some without Wi-Fi) that physically can’t access social media, app stores, or short-form video.
- Slower data, when ready. Our Junior Data plan introduces internet access at speeds that naturally discourage endless scrolling. Maps and messaging work. Algorithmic feeds don’t.
- A phased path. Five stages from talk-and-text only flip phones, to flip phones with wi-fi, then add slow data, then smartphones with slow data, then full access. A process with parents in the driver’s seat. Years in the developmental journey, not premature access in weeks.
