At EQ Telecom LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.

Prepaid Wireless Plans: All prepaid plan purchases are non-refundable. Once you complete a plan purchase, the charge is final.

Device Returns (Phones, Tablets, Accessories): We want you to be satisfied with your device. If you decide to return a device (for example, a phone) for any reason, please observe the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The device must be unused, in “like-new” condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any included items. We perform an inspection upon receipt; if the device shows signs of use or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee.

  • Defects: If the device was defective on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

  • Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This typically occurs within 10–14 business days of our receiving the item. Please note that any shipping or handling charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.

 

Restocking and Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the device does not meet our return criteria. For example, devices that are activated, show signs of wear (scratches, marks, or battery charging), missing parts, or lack the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. We may also charge a restocking fee for items that are returned damaged or incomplete.

Cancellation of Service: If you have activated service with a returned device, please cancel your service separately. Activating a returned device after our inspection will result in cancellation of the refund.

Changes to This Policy: EQ Telecom may update this Returns and Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services or return of products after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
